Assalamualaikum Farad,
I have requested this internal promotion featuring campaign to launch several times, but unfortunately, they haven’t been helpful in this matter. On this platform, apart from posting your campaign, there’s really no other assistance provided for individual fundraisers like us.
You can’t post an ad unless you’re connected with a fundraiser organizer, and you can’t even ask for help within the community. They simply advise you to handle everything on your own — but if I were able to reach donors and promote on my own, what would be the point of using their platform?
I really think they should consider offering a paid ad option for individual campaign fundraisers and also allow us to receive help from the community. LaunchGood could have been more supportive if they offered fair and accessible options for everyone.
