"I am a father suffering from diabetes and now kidney disease due to years of poverty and struggle. Because of diabetes, my kidneys are failing and my eyesight is weakening badly. The doctors say that my condition has worsened because of constant stress and the worries of life. My biggest dream was to build a small, safe home for my children, but because of illness and financial hardship, the house remains unfinished. Every day is a painful battle—my health is weakening, and my children live in uncertainty.
